- If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly with substitution options or offer a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Area: We currently offer local delivery for bulk landscape materials, plants, and supplies within our service area.
- Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- Delivery Scheduling: Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery dates and times.
- If you are not present at the delivery location, our team will leave items in a safe, designated area whenever possible.
Note: Songbird Landscape Supply is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
Eligible Items:
- Non-living products such as tools, irrigation supplies, and unopened bags of material may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Plants, trees, and other live goods are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
- Custom orders (e.g., special bulk material blends) cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a restocking or cancellation fee, especially for custom orders or scheduled deliveries.
