At Songbird Landscape Supply, our goal is to provide fast, reliable delivery of landscape materials and products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are scheduled, processed, and handled.
1. Delivery Service Area
We deliver within designated local and regional zones.
Delivery availability may vary based on:

Truck accessibility

Weather and road conditions
If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us for confirmation.
2. Delivery Scheduling

Deliveries are typically scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers may request a preferred date or time window, but exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Weather, traffic, material availability, and equipment issues may affect delivery times.
We will contact you if significant delays occur.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on:

Location/distance

Material type and quantity

Number of loads required

Special handling instructions (if any)
Additional charges may apply for:

Difficult or restricted access locations

Redelivery (e.g., if the site is inaccessible)

Multiple-drop deliveries

After-hours or emergency deliveries
4. Delivery Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful delivery:

The customer must provide clear, accurate delivery instructions.

The drop site must be safe and accessible for heavy trucks.

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse unsafe delivery locations.

A responsible adult does not always need to be present, but instructions must be precise.
If the driver determines the site is unsafe, materials will be placed in the closest safe location or returned, and additional fees may apply.
5. Material Drop-Off
Once the truck dumps or unloads the material:

The material becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Songbird Landscape Supply is not liable for:
-
Material placement beyond safe access
-
Damage to lawns, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, or property caused by requested placement

Spread or distribution of materials beyond drop-off
-
Natural materials (stone, mulch, soil) may vary in color, texture, weight, or moisture.
6. Delivery of Bagged or Packaged Items
Bagged goods, tools, and smaller items may be delivered curbside or near the customer’s designated location. Placement inside garages or homes is not available.
7. Inaccurate or Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate instructions or inaccessible locations:

A redelivery fee may be charged

Materials may be returned to the yard at the customer’s expense

Refunds for bulk materials may not be available

8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made before the truck is loaded or dispatched.
After loading or dispatch, cancellations may incur fees or may not be eligible for refund.
9. Shipping for Non-Bulk Products (If Applicable)
If Songbird Landscape Supply offers shipping of smaller items (tools, decor, bagged products):

Shipping carriers, times, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
