Heuchera Electric Lime

Brighten a shady garden with Heuchera ‘Electric Lime’, a perennial with vivid lime-green leaves and darker veining. Its colorful foliage adds year-round interest in mild climates, while delicate flower stalks bring an extra touch of charm in summer.

Plant it along a shaded border, tuck it into a woodland landscape, or let its bright leaves stand out in a container. It pairs especially well with the softer greens and deep tones found in shady garden spaces.

• Electric foliage: Bright lime-green leaves with darker veining bring a lively contrast to shaded planting areas.
• Light preference: Partial shade to full shade suits this Heuchera; it tolerates morning sun, but needs protection from intense afternoon sun in hot climates.
• Water needs: Keep the soil evenly moist and well-drained, avoiding both overwatering and prolonged drought.
• Compact size: Mature plants reach about 8–12 inches tall and 12–18 inches wide, making them easy to place in borders or containers.
• Summer flowers: Flower stalks rise about 18–24 inches above the plant for added height and seasonal interest.
• Growing range: Hardy in USDA Zones 4–9, it suits a wide range of garden settings.

Use it to add a bright focal point beneath trees or along a shaded path, where the lime foliage can catch your eye throughout the growing season.
